I would like to share my positive experience working with Simply Swim. I currently reside in Groveland in need of having my pool equipment upgraded. I was unable to find anyone in the surrounding area who was willing to make the trip up to Groveland. After searching the internet, I contacted Simply Swim if they were interested and the owner came out and accepted the job. The equipment was ordered almost immediately and I was worked into their schedule within a week of receiving the pool equipment. I had the heater, filter, pump and valves replaced. The service technician showed up on time cutout the older equipment and installed the equipment in a timely manner and adjusted the pump and heater and ran through test ensuring no leak, everything was in working order and hauled off the used equipment. I must commend the quality of work and overall experience; it went smoothly without any issues. I would not hesitate in recommending Simply Swim for any pool equipment upgrade, repair or installation.

Unlike another company, he suggested not replacing the pool plaster as it is in excellent shape and only needs an acid washHe replaced the controller with a brand-new Pentair that we can control using our mobile device, as well as a new sand filter and a new saltwater generator. Upgraded the waterfall and replaced the blue tile with a lighter color to reduce showing the calcium depositHe is a genuinely nice guy whose only motivation is to be fair and give you reliable service and products.
