I'm sitting here reading all these reviews and can't believe that my husband and I are the only customers disappointed with the service from this place! Cynthia was great at selling us our hot tub, very knowledgeable as far as sales is concerned. The only time Cynthia contacted us was when Bubba's wanted money. We paid cash for part of the hot tub and financed the rest. Bubbas or Cynthia wanted full payment of the hottub well before it was delivered. That was our first mistake as the finance company tells you not to release funds untill the hot tub is delivered and services provided. Keep in mind that we purchased a 31000 dollar hottub. Upon delivery day my husband had made arrangements with Cynthia to contact him when our hottub was being loaded for delivery so that he could leave work to be home for delivery. That did not happen!! Unfortunately we were last delivery on a Friday afternoon after a prior delivery that also didn't go well do to poor communication from bubbas. Boom driver did a good job. Bubba's staff installed the cover lifters ( left instructions for our electrician to actually finish installation of lifter so they could leave) that's it that is all we received. We had to call bubbas on Saturday to get a "recipe" for the chemicals to add and also found out that our manual was inside the hot tub and was supposed to be given to us at delivery. We did not receive any instructions on how to run our hot tub, no instructions on chemicals not even one single phone call on the day of delivery or any day there after to see how our hot tub was. Once they have your money you don't matter!Thank you to Bubba's for quickly taking responsibility and offering a sincere apology to us. Today we had a visit from Luke and Martin from Bubba's to go over everything, great guys , knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I also received a call from Cynthia, she also apologized and sent a few gifts with Luke and Martin. I now feel supported and ready to relax and enjoy our hot tub. Thanks again ??

From our first contact, we received all the details and information we needed to make an informed decision. We never felt rushed or pressured at any point in the process.Cynthia was absolutely amazing always available, patient, and happy to answer all of our questions, no matter how many we had. Her knowledge and support really made the experience stress-free.We are extremely pleased with our swim spa and truly enjoy it all year round. The quality is excellent, and it has exceeded our expectations. What a great experience all around! They make you feel like family! The sales person, Cynthia was simply fantastic! So friendly and enthusiastic! She made the whole purchasing experience seamless. Our construction project was delayed, and they happily stored our tub until we were ready to have it delivered… This was so helpful and appreciated!!Adam and Martin delivered our tub and made sure it was all set up and helped us with the chemical startup. They were both very friendly, accommodating and very helpful!We have returned to the store with our water samples on a number of occasions and continue to get great service from this wonderful team! We highly recommend!!Oh… And we love our tub and are in it several times a week!!
