A miss for serenity pools. Asked them to come clean my pool. Was advised 65$ an hour and they would come at 2pm. Only to show up at 530pm for an hour and a half and leave me with this. Then sends me a bill for an hour and a half.. lol just to be clear, i would have paid 3-400$ for a cleaning. Kind of like going to get your brakes done on a car yet the mechanic only fixes one axel and gives you the bill. Buyer beware.
Great service. The staff are very helpful and friendly! Couldn't be happier with my hot tub ??. They took care of everything. My hot tub was delivered and deposited on my deck by crane. The whole process went beautifully. Everyone was very careful and professional. I highly recommend Serenity as they were highly recommended to me, and they did not disappoint.
We love our semi in ground pool!! Mike’s team offers great service and are very knowledgeable. Trish knows pretty much everything there is to know about any pool or chemical issues and she’s always just a phone call away :) Shout out to Eric as well!!Highly recommend these guys!!
From my initial phone call to serenity to check on hot tubs availability , through the installation process and with help from the very knowledgeable office staff on the hot tub chemical use , it’s been a 5 star experience all around. They arrive on time and do the work. I highly recommend serenity based on my personal experience. Do not hesitate to use this company
We have had great service from everyone there - very friendly and knowledgeable, and very fair prices. We have found them easy to deal with and very reasonable. It's great knowing you aren't forgotten about even long after getting the pool in the ground. That's very important to us.
