Charlotte Pools & Spa's Inc.

Massive thanks to the entire team but especially Ryan, Jimmy and Colleen who had the misfortune of answering my non stop list of questions throughout the whole process. Having never built a pool before the process seemed daunting at first until Ryan took over and turned an awkward yard space into an Oasis. All looked good on paper but then it was over to Jimmy and his team to turn it into reality. The results speak for themselves. A pleasure to deal with. Thank you all.

Thank you to the team at Charlotte Pools and Spas especially (Colleen, Robbie & Jimmy) for the beautiful and quality work they put into our project. From start to finish we couldn’t be happier! I big shout out to their crews as well because they not only worked incredibly hard but their attention to detail is impeccable. You won’t find a better pool company around!

Thank you, Ryan and the entire team, for making our backyard a paradise!

Incredible experience with Charlotte Pools & Spa! Every member of the process was extremely professional and responsive from design to completion - Robby, Jimmy and Colleen made us feel like family. Great advice through material selection and design (should get extra points for helping my wife get through the design options). Great execution on planning and procurement. Outstanding quality, craftsmanship and value. Only shop to consider in the Charlotte/Lake Norman area.

I highly recommend this pool company, It will not disappoint. High end product, friendly staff. Always present when scheduled . The job site was always clean and picked up after each day. Very impressed with this . I had very hard time getting other companies to call me back . If we made an appointment they were a NO SHOW.. Ryan was always available, always had the answers. 5 month turnaround during the holiday season. Very impressive.. And so happy with Supplies being ordered without any long wait time. Thank you again Charlotte Pools and Spa… And look forward to seeing you guys around our neighborhood. Many of my neighbors have signed contracts . They were all very impressed with watching out pool come to life . The Jacksons
