True North was awesome!! From start to finish you won’t find a Pool company that cares more. Quality is top notch, they are extremely responsive (shout out to Jim!), and price was great. If you’re thinking about putting in a pool I highly recommend True North!!
I did a major pool project recently. I went through a competitive bid process and narrowed my selection to two companies with whom I felt very comfortable. I ultimately settled on True North and frankly am so happy I did. Every single person I interacted with were professional, friendly, helpful and very attentive.Jamie our designer, was a pleasure to work with, and went through multiple design iterations to make sure we got exactly what we envisioned. He also made some suggestions that were great improvements to our initial idea.Tami who works in the office was totally on top of things and responded almost immediately anytime I had a question.Mike the owner showed up quite often. He absolutely knows what he is doing and manages his staff/crews extremely well.Finally, I can’t say enough about Jim our project manager. He was beyond outstanding. He was so attentive, always on call when he wasn't on site, and made sure any concerns or questions I had were handled to my utmost satisfaction. He went above and beyond and also made some suggestions for additional improvement ideas (none of which cost me any additional money). Whenever I needed to communicate with him, he responded within the hour and usually within a few minutes.All of the different crews (earthworks, plumbers, masons, electricians, etc) were tremendous and extremely professional. I was in awe of the expertise this whole team has.A pool is a huge investment and I frankly have no reservations recommending True North and so far (pool has been complete a couple of weeks) could not be happier.
We have a dream resort style pool now thanks to True North Pools. Mike, Jamey, Jeremy and team were great to work with. From the design, to construction and the attention to detail, the experience was awesome. We are very particular with our vision for the pool and the team worked to ensure every detail was met. Jim managed our project and took such good care of us. Tami kept us updated on the status of the build and what to expect next. Everyone who worked on the pool was professional and very skilled.It’s been several months since the completion of our pool and Jim still immediately responds to any questions we have. What a truly great and refreshing experience! After interviewing several owners and representatives of different pool companies, we selected True North Pools for their professionalism, communication, attention to detail and value. Mike (the owner) and Jamie (sales representative) helped design the pool. They were up front with us from the start about everything including cost, build timeline, what could and could not be done with our yard, etc. and also very patient and willing to work with us on design adjustments to suit our needs. On the first day of ground breaking Mike was present all day with the crew to make sure there were no issues with the start up and to ensure any other questions we had about the process were addressed. After breaking ground, the project was turned over to Jim (Mike's right hand). Jim is one of the best Project Managers we have ever worked with. Jim was ALWAYS available to answer questions, knowledgeable about everything pool-related (and many things non-pool related), and ALWAYS went the extra mile for the entire duration of the build and even after the project was completed. Most importantly, Jim was honest and up front about what was best for us and our project. He communicated frequently and at all hours and even stopped by several times after hours to address questions and concerns. Tami (the phase coordinator) made sure the entire process ran smoothly, kept us up to date with timely emails and was excellent in keeping open communication between everyone involved to ensure our project stayed on track and was completed in a timely fashion. Suffice it to say that not a single detail was missed by anyone with True North Pools, and every person we interacted with went above and beyond to make sure we were completely happy. What a refreshing experience with some great people who were entirely focused on giving us the pool of our dreams. Our backyard has been completely transformed into a beautiful, relaxing and inviting oasis, all thanks to Mike, Jamie, Jim, Tami and the rest of the True North Pools crew and we cannot thank them enough. What a spectacular job!
