L.A. Custom Pools & Spas, Inc.

I had some loose tiles on my spillway which is expected after 12+ years of good use. So I called up Glenn, who built the pool in the first place. He came to the house with his tile guy and they gave their recommendation, then we proceeded with the repair. The repair came out great. I could not be happier Glenn and his staff are awesome. They really provide a very personal feel and excellent service.

We had a great experience with A LA Custom Pools & Spas. They installed our new pool filter promptly and made the entire process smooth and hassle-free. What really stood out was the excellent customer service—owner Glenn personally came out to inspect the installation and make sure everything was done correctly. It’s clear they take pride in their work and genuinely care about their customers. We highly recommend A LA Custom Pools & Spas for their professionalism, quality workmanship, and outstanding service!

Working with Glenn and his team was a great experience from start to finish. Glenn was hands-on throughout the entire pool and spa project, always available to answer questions, provide updates, and make sure everything stayed on track. His communication and attention to detail gave us a great deal of confidence throughout the process. A special thank you as well to Emelly in the office, whose communication and responsiveness made the entire experience even smoother. She was helpful, organized, and proactive in outlining scheduled stages of work, timelines, next steps and quick to assist whenever we had questions or needed information. What we appreciated most was Glenn's commitment to doing things the right way. He was honest, straightforward, and focused on delivering a quality result rather than taking shortcuts. The crews were professional, respectful of our property, and consistently produced excellent work. Our new pool, spa and patio have completely transformed our backyard, and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. If you're looking for a team that genuinely cares about its customers and takes pride in its work, we highly recommend Glenn and the entire crew.
