I had some loose tiles on my spillway which is expected after 12+ years of good use. So I called up Glenn, who built the pool in the first place. He came to the house with his tile guy and they gave their recommendation, then we proceeded with the repair. The repair came out great. I could not be happier Glenn and his staff are awesome. They really provide a very personal feel and excellent service.
