I used Steve’s pool for a repair and to open my pool. 1st time using them. They made the process very easy with quoting and paying invoices. Their workers were on time and finished the job quickly. I will definitely be using them when ever I need work done on my pool. 100% recommend

I did a lot of research when selecting a company to replace the liner for the pool I inherited with my new home, and after getting several quotes, I immediately felt most comfortable with Steve’s Pool Service. Jimmy came out to evaluate the pool and was incredibly helpful. As a first-time pool owner, I have a lot to learn, and he took the time to walk me through everything—explaining the condition of the pool, the filter, and the pump—without ever making me feel overwhelmed or talked down to. I truly appreciated that I never felt like I was being “sold” anything. There was no upselling—just honest information and clear options so I could make the best decision. It was obvious he has a deep knowledge of pools and genuinely cares about doing things right. That level of trust is what ultimately made my decision. When it came time for installation, the crew was thorough, efficient, and professional. The work was done with great attention to detail, and everything was left clean and in great shape. I also want to give a special shoutout to Rich—he was not only incredibly kind, but also very knowledgeable. He took extra time to answer my questions and gave me helpful advice that made me feel much more confident moving forward. Overall, I felt like I was in very good hands with Steve’s Pool Service. I’ll absolutely be using them again in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, honest pool work.

Steve’s pool service is a great group and dependable. In the past we have tried several pool companies in the Glassboro/Pitman/ Washington two area and have been let down by several for service and starting/closing the pool. Steve’s pool has been consistently good with positive people and good communication. I like to text and this works well to set appts and opening and closing. They text when they are coming and confirm that day too. Our pool is big and the cover is not easy to handle. They help me place it where I want and help with small needs along the way. They are thoughtful with stating the pump and salt cell. Everything is done and put away when completed. I would recommend Steve’s pool service and feel you are getting solid service and a fair price.
