The team was prompt. As soon as I called they came out the same day to service our pump and filteration system. They ordered the parts and as soon as they arrived they came back to replace everything.The staff was very nice and knowledgeable.I would definitely recommend them. And I would also call them again if I need pool maintenance.You can't go wrong with SC Coastal Pools.
SC Coastal Pools has been outstanding! We had some very careless landscapers cut cement block right next to an uncovered pool! It was filthy! I called Ryan in a panic because we were having family stay here in a couple of days! He assured me they care and will get it cleaned! He’s a person of his word! Servuce exceptional! Highly recommend!
I have been using SC Coastal Pools for almost a year now. They are respectful, on time, communicative and do their jobs very well! They always provide photos and updates about the health of the pool too. They were also able to diagnose and correct a problem with the filter that had been an issue the original pool builder couldn't identify, let alone fix. So grateful to Chad and his team! They are fantastic and I highly recommend.
Ryan and his team are the best and I am not just saying that. We have had MULTIPLE pool companies and our pool never looked right, the techs weren't knowledgeable, and the service was okay but the pool didn't always look right. SC Coastal Pools and Ryan are outstanding. They are on top of things. If there is an issue, like during the big freezes we had, Ryan's technicians were out quickly to assess. I have sued SC Coastal both on Isle of Palms and now in Downtown Charleston. Ryan, big thank you. It is rare to find a gem like them.
