Ever since I was a little girl, that has been my idea of a sacred experience, feeling completely at one with nature.As an adult, countless moves and changing circumstances kept that dream just out of reach. The space was too small. The tub was too heavy. Rental restrictions got in the way. There was always something.Like Goldilocks, the porridge had to be just right!So here I am, twenty-five years later…My hot tub is being delivered.After persistently asking every dealer within miles, “Can you find a tub that meets these requirements?” I finally found it.Josh, the manager at Dream Hot Tubs, listened to what I was hoping for and said, “Let’s keep looking.” Just as I was about to leave disappointed once again, he called me back over to look at a new model.It was just right.And to fulfill my even bigger dream of being able to swim in it, they’re installing a swim tether anchor, an exercise bar, and even making it possible for me to add an underwater bike.It’s truly everything I’ve ever wanted.So, Goldilocks, thanks for the inspiration.Sometimes we have to hear “no”… and “no”… and “no” for a really long time. But when that “yes” finally comes, it’s the sweetest porridge we could ever imagine.So hang in there if you’re holding onto an impossible dream.It just might need a little longer to cook.
Mohammed found a great tub that was perfect for me, made a special effort to meet my timelines, threw in some freebies and made it an all around fantastic experience. The installers were professional, efficient and so helpful!
Ahmad was friendly, on time, fixed our hot tub quickly and was reasonably priced. I will be using him again not just for something broken but for servicing as well. He was so much better than our regular hot tub company. Thank you, Dream Hot Tubs & Spas!
Called to fix a FLO error code after having some issues starting up our tub, After setting up an appointment day of Ahmad texted he was on his way with an ETA... In just a couple minutes after arriving he noted the problem pressure switch, went back to his van, had the part needed. 15 minutes later the switch was intalled & tub was up & running. Great service, very helpful. Highly recommended!
Josh was fantastic. Excellent customer service and follow through. When we were filling up the hot tub the first time we had an air lock. Ahmad came out very quickly and explained the whole system to us. We love that Josh and Ahmad are local and very available for questions. Great experience and couldn’t be happier.
