We selected Anderson Pools to build our pool in 2020 during COVID. It was not our first pool but it was with them as the contractors and they did not disappoint. They pulled permits and coordinated mandatory inspections during the build. During the construction and with COVID related shortages, they completed the project timely and on budget and we even received a few free upgrades due to shortages of contracted items. Easy to work with and they kept us informed on progress and necessitated changes. Since they no longer build new pools, guess we can never move again! Lol! Once you have had the best, nothing else satisfies! Nikki and her team are always available to answer questions and provide service.
Although Anderson’s no longer does New pool installations, they put our pool in 2021; you could not ask for a more professional and smooth experience! We have had their crews open and close our pool every year since; also, anytime we’ve had equipment problems, they were just a phone call away! Nikki and her crews are a great group of pool experts! I have/will continue to recommend them!
I've been a customer of Anderson Pools since 2017 when they installed my fiberglass pool. I appreciate how they know my family by name and Nikki takes the time to greet and speak to me when I'm in the store for water tests. They do a great job advising what I need without all the extra upsells that some of the chain pool shops feel like they need to do. I've had a couple issues over the years with a pool pump going out under warranty and a salt cell or two do the same. Their service department gave me ZERO hassles and replaced my items promptly. I use their service every year when it comes time to close my pool and the techs are professional, friendly and very helpful. We also bought a pool cover from them and would really recommend any pool owner look into a loop-loc cover. I would highly recommend this family owned business.
I had a horrible experience trying to get my pool ready last year. I called Anderson to close it down and to open it this year. After a little work this is the best this pool has ever looked. Shout out to Niki, Abby and Terri. You guys are awesome.
Anderson Pools replaced our 11 year old liner with a new Latham vinyl liner. Richie and his team did an excellent job, taking the old liner out and installing the new liner in less than a week. Roger replaced the 21 year old Hayward multiport valve and reconfigured the Color LED light, so I can control it remotely using the Omnilogic app. Great job!
