We have used Backyard for a few different services, sometimes you get good service and other times you get Great Service!Jeremy and Blake came out for a salt cell and flow issue. I let them know that I changed it last year myself and was waiting to be scolded! NOT AT ALL what they said!Jeremy was gracious and encouraging! They fixed the issue quickly and with professionalism as well as just being friendly and gracious! I highly recommend Backyard Blues Pools for any service you may need!
I have been going to Backyard Blues for years and have always gotten amazing service.This week we used them to change the sand in my daughter’s filter. As always they were quick, did a fantastic job, very neat and orderly, and great price!She was having issues with clarity and within the past 24 hours it has cleared tremendously.I would highly recommend them for your pool needs.

We have been through 3 other pool companies and we FINALLY found our longterm pool care solution! Colby came here and explained everything thoroughly rather than talking over us like we were idiots (like other pool companies do). He spent a LONG time here making sure EVERYTHING that needed to be done got done (where other pool companies spend 15 minutes here and leave), he explained everything that he did for our pool (where other pool companies leave with no explanation of what they even did) and our pool is FINALLY beautiful and clear!!! It's such a great feeling that our kids can now enjoy a our pool all summer long, thanks Backyard Blues (and thank you Colby!!!).
