Our project manager, Mike, was fantastic. He answered all our questions and calls. He always followed up and kept us up to date on the progress of our project and what to expect. We had an amazing experience with Care Free Pools! From the start to the finish, they were fast and efficient with the construction, and their communication was top notch! You will not find a better pool company. Doug, Heather, Mike, Travis, Lisa, the excavators (Umberto and Israel) and the entire concrete crew are the best you will find.Our build was a bit of a challenge as we hit rock on the first day delaying their timeline (only by a couple days.) Mike and Travis immediately got the right people in place. They both communicated consistently and clearly throughout this project. They answered every question we had without hesitation. Most importantly, what stood out the most was their integrity- they clearly do what they say they will which gave us complete confidence throughout this process. Even though our project is now complete, Mike continues to answer our questions!The finished pool exceeded our expectations. Our pool is amazing, and we are so glad we chose Care Free Pools for the job! I confidently recommend this pool company to anyone considering building a pool!

We've had an awesome experience so far with the Carefree team! They've been awesome and transparent in the building process. We've felt completely comfortable as we've been going through the sale and the installation of our pool. Mike has always been available and willing to answer any call or question we have. Travis was clear on the timeline and making sure that the pool was safe with all the kiddos in the neighborhood. Brandon was awesome during the dig and installation of the pool. He fully delivered for the audience we had as the pool was dropped into the hole!
We just finished our project with Carefree Pools and we are so pleased with how our backyard paradise has turned out. Carefree was incredibly efficient with our project and we were done in under 4 weeks with the pool! Every crew that came out was hard working, kind, and did great work. From start to finish, Carefree was great at communicating, made things easy to understand, and wanted our satisfaction to be priority. Doug, Mike, Brandon, Andrew, and Travis were great to work with and did a fantastic job making sure each phase went as planned. I couldn’t recommend this company more. They have solid people working for them and seem to be a family at heart. We can’t wait to enjoy our pool for many years to come!!
