I took my Polaris Quattro in because it hadn’t been working right. They diagnosed it, found the problem, fixed all my problems. Cleaner runs flawlessly now. The price was more than fair and the communication was above and beyond. I have nothing but positive things to say about this business and the people who work there. I highly recommend

Love Hunt Pools. Employees are friendly and very helpful. We take our pool water for testing to them and buy all of our chemicals there. It is really a great place with great service.

I rarely leave negative reviews. They opened our pool late April. Our light blew out when they were re-filling the pool so we were told Don would have to come fix it before we could fill the pool all the way back up and get it ready for the summer. Two weeks passed and no Don. Then, we were told Don could come the subsequent week (three weeks since they initially tried to open the pool for us) but we were already scheduled to go out of town. We were told Don would come this week (week four) but they could not tell us a day or time. Have been stuck for nearly four weeks with green water, no re-installed light, and just waiting on any form of communication back from them and NOTHING - we have had to email or call them (they rarely answer) for any kind of update or info on when Don would come, they never initiate a call or email to us first, BTW. So today, we just walked outside to see that now our liner has ripped which will cost us thousands of dollars to replace all because no one ever came in the first two weeks to re-epoxy a simple light! No one answers when you call. You either have to email or keep calling repeatedly. Thanks for nothing! Tried to stick with this company but not after this. What you have read in the other reviews is true, they seem only concerned with sales but not service. Moving on to a new company NOW.
