We love our pool! I will say, in hindsight, that we should have considered having KSSP also do our landscaping and fence because coordinating all those separate vendors can be a challenge. Lauren, Ryan and Brian were responsive during the project and as first time pool owners we are happy.
Our Kevin Sparks Signature Pools experience has been nothing but the best! Lauren came out and met with us- took lots of notes- allowed for lots of changes and still kept it close to our budget! The communication from everyone in their office has been excellent. They communicate throughout the entire process! I can't say enough good things about our project manager, Logan! He has kept us informed- checked in throughout the entire process- answered texts and calls quickly- seriously the best! We truly have everything we wanted in our pool and I have already recommended this company to many friends looking for a custom pool! 5 stars!!
Great experience working with Kevin Sparks Signature Pools. We could not be more happy with how our project turned out. We took on pool building during our new construction home build. Our project manager Ryan was great with keeping things moving along the way and communicating to us with each step, while answering questions that popped up during the process.We look forward to many years of personal enjoyment and entertaining with friends and family!
KSSP just finished installing our new 26 x 12.5 fiberglass pool and we love it. The whole process went great and quickly. The pool we wanted was in stock, so installation went pretty quickly. We signed the contract in early August and everything was completed by the end of November. We did have a few weeks of rain that delayed things.We talked with several installers before going with KSSP. We had neighbors who had KSSP install their pool and everything went perfect for them. Also, we appreciated being able to go to their showroom to see samples of materials. We also heard horror stories about other pool installers, so we wanted to go with a reputable company that's been around for a long time.We worked with Lauren on the pool design, and after a few design changes, we were able to get a pool and patio layout that we love. Lauren offered us many options and was able to work with us to keep the price close to our budget.Our Project Manager, Logan was great. He was always available and did a fantastic job. We did run into one hiccup with needing a massive excavator, which was an extra expense, but we were prepared for it.Everything looks perfect and we are very happy with our new pool and patio.Amber was great at coordinating everything from the permits to the final inspection.Chase gave us the pool school and was very knowledgeable and helpful.Everyone at KSSP was fantastic. If you want to have the best installation experience, at a reasonable price, choose KSSP.One recommendation would be to have your irrigation company come in first to assess the system and determine where everything is. Is going to get dug up, so if your irrigation company knows where everything is, it will be easier to get the system back online afterwards.We can't wait to finish our outdoor kitchen and pergola as well as the finishing the landscaping.
We absolutely loved our experience with Kevin Sparks! The highlight of the process was finishing 6 weeks ahead of schedule and getting to have summer pool time even after starting the project in late spring. We felt that our project manager (Logan) and contractors were always available for communication and the entire process was organized and seamless. The team went above and beyond on our build - repair of a gravel bridge over our creek and grading of our entire yard after construction.
