LIFE CHANGER!!I have wanted a hydrotherapy spa my entire adult life. We were finally able to get it done and it is an amazing addition to our wellness plan.Everyone at Vally Hot Springs in Marietta California were great to work with. They are top-notch communicators and provided exceptional service every step of the way.Our Caldera Paradise Reunion spa, seats 6 with room to spare. It has an abundance of jets, stays warm, is easy to care for with the phone app and hits all our sore muscles. We have been going in before work and before bed. The waterfall and lighting options are nice too.Such an amazing way to start and end each day.We highly recommend this spa and dealer if you have nagging aches and pains like us.My 82-year-old Mother-in-law loves joining us and has no trouble getting in and out on her own!!

Our hot tub quite working after 18 years, and we can't live without it! We went to Valley Hot Springs to get a new one. We had a new hot tub within two days delivered and installed!Ozzy helped us get the new spa and he was so knowledgeable and helpful on getting us the right one!
I don't usually review products or a business, but I felt I should fore warn anyone thinking about buying from this company. I bought my Flash spa in May of 2021. I have nothing good to say about this company. It was all about selling the unit and on to the next customer. I was told that after the spa was placed, they would send someone to show how to maintain and operate it. Never happened. I have owned a pool in the past, so I was able to get by.Six months later the trim started falling off of the corners and the sides started separating. I tried calling, it went to voice mail and I never received a call back. Tried emailing and the same thing. I ended up going into the store with pictures in hand and was told they would take my information and a tech would be sent in 2 months. I patiently waited and nothing. I went back to the store and was told that the parts were back ordered. The spa needed someone to reattach the parts that were lying on the ground. I told them that they needed only to be screwed in like the front panel. I was told that could not be done and if I did anything it would void my warranty.It has now been 1 year, and I have not heard a thing from these people. Worst company I have ever dealt with. They only care about the money.Beware!
We did a test soak at the Valley Hot Springs Spas in Murrieta store and loved the powerful jets and the ease of use. We bought the Hot Springs Flash 6 person spa (saltwater system), which was delivered in 2 weeks.Diane was our Sales Rep and she was very patient with us and answered all our questions. She mentioned that they do not do any electrical work/installation for the spa, so we had to do the circuit breaker (GFCI) ourselves. So make sure you know all the facts before you make purchase. You would need a professional Electrician to do all the electrical work if you are not buying a plug n play spa (110V). We used to have a plug n play spa and it is not as nearly as powerful as our new Flash.Once the Flash hot tub arrived and we hooked it up, it was working great, very powerful jets and the interior/exterior LED lights are amazing. Overall, we are happy with our new saltwater hot tub and enjoying it every day. Already see a big difference with our health and our skin is super soft thanks to the saltwater. Highly recommend!
