Elizabeth was my first introduction to the company, and she set the tone for the entire experience. She is knowledgeable, professional, kind, and genuinely cares about her customers. She checked in throughout the installation and still calls today to make sure everything is going well. That level of customer service is rare. Cameron and Brandon were my pool installers, and their knowledge and craftsmanship were truly impressive. They took great pride in their work, answered my questions, and made the entire installation process smooth and stress-free. Jason handled all of the electrical work and conducted my pool school. As a first-time pool owner, I had plenty to learn, but Jason explained everything so clearly and patiently that I left feeling confident and excited about caring for my beautiful new pool. Derrick, the owner, personally stopped by several times during the installation to check on the progress and make sure everything was being done right. That kind of leadership and commitment to customer satisfaction speaks volumes about this company. From start to finish, every person I worked with treated me like family. All Star Pool came recommended to me by a previous customer. All Star was recommended to previous customer through an executive at Barrier Reef Pool. I am very happy with All Star and Barrier Reef. The fiberglass pool is top notch and quick. The install team was excellent. We worked with Elizabeth and she was great as well. The pool project turned out great. We are working on our landscaping plan now. All Star has transformed our backyard.
