We left the mechanic shop right beside their place and immediately started having vehicle problems. We pulled over in their parking lot to scan the check engine light code to see if it was something we could drive home and figure out later or if we needed to take it back to the shop. Someone from the pool company showed up and was one of the worst people I've ever talked to. Said he was gonna call the cops and would not listen to a word we had to say. We were only there maybe 20 minutes to diagnose our vehicle issue but he was such a miserable person to have to deal with. This was years ago but Google asked me to leave a review of this place since I've visited it before so here it is.
They are wonderful!!! We came to the beach for a vacation in the middle of winter - very excited to use the hot tub - only to find out it wasn't working when we arrived. We were very disappointed, as this was what we were most excited about doing during our vacation. We called them and told them about our situation and they came the very next day and fixed it for us, were very kind and professional, and saved our vacation! Thank you!!!
Recently moving to Little River, on our list of home improvements was a good quality hot tub from a reputable local company. We researched hot tubs for a couple months, talked with reps at outdoor events and visited various stores. Sundance was on our list of great hot tub brands and after listening to our requirements and desires, John Allen pointed us to the 880 model that would work best for us. John was great for quickly answering questions and pointing us in the right direction through the whole process. Additionally, John recommended a good electrician for the outdoor wiring and Bert provided excellent services with his site visit and hot tub installation. We couldn’t be happier with the services and support provided by Graves Pool & Spas.
I am new to the Myrtle Beach area and I never had a pool or hot tub before therefore I knew nothing about the upkeep: Chad was awesome he does all my upkeep: chemicals and cleaning: I never have to worry about anything: even when my pool pump started leaking on a weekend I texted Chad and he was Johnny on the spot telling me how to turn the pump off until he could get there to have it fixed. I would highly recommend Graves Pools to anyone that wants excellent service: they don’t treat you like just another customer: they treat you like family
