Customer Reviews

This company is top notch. My pentair heater had to be replaced and also switched out my sand filter for a cartridge filter. Zach was the technician who came out and I am so grateful that is who they sent out. He not only replaced the equipment he realigned the pump and ran new plumbing everywhere. The flow on the pool has become more efficient and the new setup is working way better than the original install that was done when the pool was built. This company is my go to now for my pool needs. Their pricing and what they deliver are in line. Keep up the great work!

Tn Pool saved us after the ice storm of 2026! Our pool and all our equipment was frozen. Our pool was green and gross by the time we got in touch with Tn Pool and they were able to install all new equipment and do a green to clean in just a few weeks. I am so grateful for them.

I couldn’t be happier with the service I’ve received from tTN Pool! From day one, their communication has been outstanding—they always keep me in the loop and are quick to respond to any questions I have.
The technicians who come out to the house are consistently nice, respectful, and professional. I am completely happy with the results.

We talked to several other Pool companies before deciding to move forward with Jon's company to install our new pool. My husband and I were invited over to one of our friends house where Jon's company had put in a new pool. When we saw their pool we looked at each other and knew right then - this was the company we needed to hire. Jon kept us in the loop through every step from start to finish. They kept the job site clean and orderly throughout the process. He is very knowledgeable in every aspect from installing a new pool, pool repair/maintenance, pool cleaning, really anything pool related and more! We're so happy we made that decision with Jon and we highly recommend him and his company TN Pool Service and Repair.
