I have had nothing but positive vibes from Clearwater Pools. I only wish they had installed my pool instead of the co. I dealt with. I would recommend this company for everything pool related.
Had a 30 foot pool installed the liner leaked, they put a temporary patch. No problem we'll get you a new one will install in the fall. I called them too busy closing pools for the winter will do it in the spring. Spring comes too busy do it opening pools. Do itas soon as we can. Called and said they can do it July 3rd wasn't good for us was having a pool party on the 4th. Again too busy in the fall but can you pay your balance for the pool!! No way after liner is replaced I will. Every time my wife went in the store we got bad service. Before this liner was installed they were perfect people. Finally got liner installed in the fallowing spring almost 2 years later. We've never been back. The pool is nice good job on the install and the plumbing. No way to treat customers when it wasn't our fault. 2 stars because of service and attitude
As an inexperienced pool owner, opening my pool this year was a challenge. I hadn’t used clear water before but called with a question, the owner explained my issue without trying to sell me anything, even knowing I wasn’t (yet) a customer, the issue I had I thought would mean I needed a new pump, I could have been easily sold. The owner asked questions and basically my pool was soooo dirty that the pump couldn’t work. He walked me through exactly what to do over the phone! When I was ready for chemicals the young man who helped me was fantastic about explaining step by step what to use and how to use it! Even going as far as to writing the steps on the bags of what and when to use! I was not left to figure anything out on my own and that was a huge relief! 24 hours later the pool is beautiful! Customer for life!
