Everyone here is always so polite.For this visit, I had ordered a replacement part, it arrived ahead of time and it is exactly what we needed. I had considered finding a replacement online somewhere, but only found an item that was close AND it was significantly more expensive. Wholesome Pool and Spa saved the day!
Wholesome Pool & Spa on State St., North Haven was terrific helping us solve a bad mustard algae problem that plagued our family pool! The patience exhibited by staff with our daily visits and step-by-step instructions on how to resolve this dilemma was outstanding! Pool concerns?…..visit Wholesome Pool!!
We were very pleased with Nick and his crew. They were on time 8:30 am and were at our home till nearly 5:30. This was the hottest day of the year so far ( nearly 100 degrees). Our installation was complete just in time for July 4th. Wholesome Pool “ Thank You for a Job that was “EXPERTLY COMPLETED”. I would highly recommend Wholesome Pool and Spa. Fabulous above ground pool is thoroughly enjoyed by our family with 6 grandchildren!! Wholesome Pool and Spa installed our pool 6 years ago and it is still like new. The installers were great and kept me informed of what they were doing and they also cleaned up the area when they were done. They made sure all we needed to do was turn it on!I needed the service counter for aCouple items and Cliff was very helpful in getting the parts I needed. It was so lovely to speak to Leah the owner again catching up on the families and letting her know how much my family enjoys the pool they sold and installed for us!!! I would definitely recommend!!
If I could leave 0 stars, I absolutely would. Watching what this company has put my parents through, I would never use them when I get a pool of my own.The pool guy showed up and only did half the job. For the last three years, removing and cleaning the pool cover has been included as part of opening the pool, but this time they left the cover rolled up and dirty.They also left the filter leaking and refused to come back until Monday because they “don’t service on weekends.” Even then, there was no urgency to fix the issue — they said my parents were somewhere between the 3rd and 8th stop of the day.On top of that, they left a $700 bill in the mailbox despite not finishing the work. When I asked them to place a hold on the charge until the job was completed, they still charged the account and said they wouldn’t return if a hold was placed.Completely unprofessional experience and terrible customer service.
