There are a lot of things that you can't really know when you ask someone to install a pool - and so you need to trust the person you choose. With Devon Dobson and Litchfield County Pools, the team was at all times responsive and clear about costs, timing, design options we could consider, services we would need to maintain the pool, etc. There were absolutely no surprises. And the pool turned out in every way as beautiful and well designed as we hoped. You also at first don't know what to expect if you use a pool service to open and close the pool and to maintain it. Here again, the Litchfield County Pools team has been amazing. Openings and closing handled easily and weekly maintenance has been fantastic - we never have to worry about a thing. They even proactively alert us to remind us about weather situations that could affect our pool. Whenever we have had questions, the team - often Devon himself - responds quickly. We talked to a few local pool suppliers when we were researching our options, and LCP was by far the most responsive and professional. We recommend them very highly and without any reservations.
Litchfield County Pools designed and built an amazing pool for us. This was the first time we had ever constructed our own pool, and Devon, the owner, walked us through all of the options, details, and timeline. he was personally involved in all aspects of the design/construction and was here every single day for the roughly 8-week process. The entire project was on-time and on-budget. We patiently waited for our installation date to arrive (which was spot-on accurate), and it was worth the wait!
