Nick came out for a quote to completely overhaul of 60 year old liner pool. Took weeks of chasing them to actually get the quote. Prices in the quote were very reasonable but getting them to answer any questions has taken months. We still don’t have all our answers and can’t wait any longer. Will be moving forward with a company that’s more responsive/has better customer service.
Had an appointment for a Tuesday and when I called late that day to make sure they were coming, they said they weren't and they'd come on Thursday. No one called me to inform me they cancelled on me. Then they decided to honor their commitment and come after all. An hour later, I got a call that they weren't coming (again), and they'd come Friday if they could fit me in. I understand things can change and its hard to keep appointments for late in the day, but the communication and disorganization were unprofessional and if you can't make a Tuesday night, I should be your first stop Wednesday morning. Nick seemed to not care one way or another.
Exquisite Pools is a fantastic pool company. We have owned a pool for 9 years and have been through 3 other companies before we found Exquisite and we are extremely pleased with their work. Opening and closing the pool is great. They tie up the pool cover tight and neat and carry it to where you store it. They cleaned off my pump that sits on the cover. Any issues with the filter they resolve immediatley. Even had them reset our liner and fix our light. They did it for half the price the other companies charged. Seriously if you live in North Jersey consider these guys it’s worth it.

Nick was honestly the best — super easy to work with, always responsive, and just made the whole process feel simple and stress-free.They do really clean work and pay attention to the details, which you can definitely see in the final result. Our backyard turned out amazing — everyone who comes over is obsessed with it now.On top of that, their pricing was the best we found, and the level of service was even better than expected.
