Dolphin pools is simply the perfect example of what a business should be like. In a time of deep sadness from losing our father, we are trying to navigate caring for the pool. Something my dad loved to do. Dolphin pools helped us in a time of need and we will forever be grateful . This will be our go to for future needs. Warning: Terrible service, no accountability, and unresponsive management.I absolutely cannot recommend this pool company. After spending over $10,000 on all new equipment last year with them, we received zero customer appreciation—and when things went wrong, they completely abandoned us.Here is what happened:Destroyed equipment: They closed our pool in the fall and left the pump running. We didn’t notice for a couple of months, which caused the motor to a brand new pool pump to completely burn out. Damaged cover: our pool cover caved in over the winter. They just said wait till spring. Zero support: When we called to report both issues, we were met with a lukewarm response and absolutely no help. We had to contact the pump manufacturer directly and arrange for a warranty replacement ourselves. We even ended up doing the physical replacement labour ourselves.Poor business practices: They force you to pay in advance for services (which costs just under $1,000 for openings/closings), but if you have a problem, they don’t call you back or just don’t show up. We are still waiting for our money back.For a customer who has spent so much money with them, the lack of integrity and customer service is shocking. We will never use them again and are currently looking for a new, reliable company to handle our pool moving forward.
DO NOT USE DOLPHIN POOLS!!! Terrible customer service, do not actually care about your service or helping you. They continuously say “oh yes someone will be there tomorrow” and it won’t be for days until you see anyone, AFTER you call them continuously asking if anyone will show up. Not to mention they “can’t get in contact” with any of their workers somehow? They do not do a good job of opening or closing the pool, they do not care about doing a good job, and their management does not care about ensuring customers are satisfied. Horrible company, horrible management. Might as well watch a YouTube video and try to do it yourself. Don’t waste your money on this company.
So extremely happy with my purchase I had to leave a review.Jeff was very knowledgeable and stands by his product. Only sells the best.He kept me informed on delivery schedules for my BBQ. Great family run business. When I need another BBQ in 10-15 years, I’ll be coming back.
There is no customer service at all! Do not buy from this place under any circumstances. Their prices are at least 30% higher compared to other places.There are two ladies working there who not only have no knowledge about pool-related products but are also very rude. When I called to ask about returning a purchase I made the previous day, and i asked why the return policy is not mentioned on the receipt, the lady was talking back impolitely and Instead of apologizing or helping, she hung up the phone on me.I would not recommend this place to anyone at all.
