Dont waist your time with this company.Extremely unprofessional and unreliable.I took the day of today to be here for the technician and no one ever showed up.They never called, text or email me with any updates after 3 calls I finally got redirected to Carina the scheduling manager, and she simply said to me that my appointment was moved to the following day.At that point I asked for a refund amd told her how unprofessional that was.The least she could do is apologize for the inconvenience.Unless your wiling to lose days of work and deal with people that have no professionalism this is the company for you.Wouldn't recommend to anyone.
I have always had good service from Seaway Pools until today. They came and opened the pool and were pleasant and courteous. After they left I noticed the sand filter was leaking. Phoned and emailed a picture of the problem. Called back again. Wanted $199 in advance . Nobody could come this week. This is leaking water! Thank God my neighbour could fix it or I would have had an indoor pool as well.
Outstanding service providers. The team (Jayden, Carina, Bill) were understanding of the request and delivered to promise.After the service, we faced some electrical issue with the hot tub and Bill came back to investigate the issue in as little as 1 business day (considering we live in Durham region and quite far from their office)Would highly recommend them for their services. I dealt with Carina at Seaway Pools in Newmarket. She sent out a service rep who fixed my Beachcomber hot tub. My hot tub was still under warranty so my hot tub was fixed without any charges to me. Thank you Seaway Pools.
Wendy is amazing! That could easily be the end of my review and would still be completely fine. I do want to share some details. I came in to seek help with what I nicknamed "The Hulk" as my green beast of a pool wouldn't budge for almost 2 weeks. The previous company wouldn't own their errors in closing and opening the pool properly, so I took my chances with Seaway. Wendy took on the challenge, constantly kept in touch, giving advice, providing the right steps to the end. Along with her wonderful staff, she got me and my family in the pool in a week, as promised. Deservingly so, I'm keeping my promise with a 5-star review along with earning my business going forward. Well done Wendy & Seaway team!
