They took the time to review my equipment setup, answer questions about the gas line and heater options, and made sure everything was installed correctly.The team installed a new Jandy JXiQ 400K BTU pool heater and also addressed wiring and electrical-related issues during the project. The workmanship was clean, organized, and professional. Wonderful company. I needed a new pump installed and an upgrade to my control box for the pool equipment. Alex made suggestions on which pump and panel to select. I’m very happy with the automated valves and how all the equipment is now connected to my phone. I can switch from pool and spa mode, turn the heater on/off, control the temperature and control the lights.Everything works great. I waited a couple of months before rating my new pool repair company. Partly to see how the new equipment performed and partly due to procrastination. I am happy to say that my new Jandy variable speed pump is running perfectly. The old pump overheated to the point that the water in the strainer basket was boiling! Ace replaced it with the new pump and the necessary re-piping for just under $3,000.
We are very happy with the Ace Pool Repair & Replaster company. The technician, Jeff, that came to our home was very professional, very kind and extremely knowledgeable. We needed a new pool pump system installed. Jeff had the whole system installed within several hours. Jeff also took the time to answer my many questions. At the end of the installation, Jeff left the area clean and the surroundings clean of all debris. The pool system looks beautiful. Thank you Ace Pool and thank you Jeff for a job well done!
