We truly couldn’t be happier with our experience with Coastline Pools. We did our homework and interviewed several builders.We never thought we could get close to the pool we got in our small yard! We had a very specific vision, and they were creative, flexible, and willing to work through every detail to make it happen. They never made it feel impossible instead they came up with ways to bring out vision to life.Everyone involved in our build was an absolute dream to work with. All of our questions were handled thoughtfully and respectfully (even evenings and weekends) That level of integrity matters.This is one of the biggest investments and dreams and I’m so grateful we chose Coastline. We interviewed several companies before Coastline. They all said what we wanted couldn’t be done, but Ryan made it happen. Their project manager Luis was there for us when we needed him. The work was top notch and we are immensely pleased with the end result and them keeping on budget. Would use them again and definitely recommend them.
I can't say enough positive things about my families experience with coastline. After meeting with several contractors that had stellar reviews, it was quickly apparent to us that Ryan not only listened to us and incorporated key features we desired into his design to meet our families needs but also completely wowed us with his ideas to incorporate features we hadn't even considered! What really sold us was that we weren't going to get a cookie cutter design and there was no hard sale (which we received from other contractors). Every step of the way we've been impressed with the team. They had excellent communication every step of the way and consistently over delivered including completion in 3 months and coming in UNDER budget! We weren't even sure if we had a big enough backyard for what we wanted and here we are with the backyard of our dreams!
We are SO grateful to have found Coastline Pools! Ryan and his team were extremely professional from start to finish, and we are beyond happy with how our yard/pool turned out! We broke ground in February 2023, literally days before all of the rain hit California last winter. Even after weeks of rain caused multiple delays (no fault of Coastline Pools - Mother Nature was fully to blame) they still had our pool/yard completed and ready to use within 4 months! Other people we knew that were in the middle of similar projects with other companies were still in construction after 8+ months while we were floating in our pool in the sun! The finishes are beautiful and we get so many compliments on the design and look of our yard. Coastline worked with us to stay within our budget and we felt the pricing was extremely fair. We highly recommend Coastline and would absolutely use them again in the future!
