Chris was excellent & efficient. He was even able to come out to our Newport Beach home the same day. He found the issue right away and diagnosed the problem quickly as the ignitor. He also had the gas valve on hand just in case. Chris repaired the pool heater successfully and pricing was fare. He also found a burned ground wire and fixed that too. We have used them a few times for repairs.
We just moved into a house in Cameo Highlands next to Newport Beach with a infinity pool and spa. The home inspector recommecend Kris to come inspect the pool and spa. They came and inspected and provided a quote for repair. They found issues with the heater, and pump and got us all the info over by the next day. Kris was very nice and explained everything well. Great service, I highly recommend.
I’m so happy with our pool service! Not only does Kris do an amazing job keeping our pool clean and perfectly balanced, but he is also incredibly polite and respectful of our property, and great with communication. It is a pleasure doing business with someone who treats their clients so well.
Kris came out to inspect or pool plaster which was brought up to be a concern by the home inspector for a home we are purchasing in Newport Coast. He also inspected all of our equipment and provided a reasonable quote for repair. He diagnosed a few issues we had on our heater and pump. Ended up finding a few leaks he detected. All around great experience I would highly recommend out here in Newport, now Kris cleans our pool on a regular basis we are very happy with the maintenance, and he always repairs and diagnoses our issues on the equipment and our pool and spa.
Kris came out and performed a pool inspection for us same day, and provided report. He was a very nice guy , with great communication. He ended up repairing our heater, and installed a new pump and filter for us in Newport Beach.
