I was very pleased with East Coast Leisure's installation of my new pool. As with any construction project, there were a few hiccups along the way. However, the team at East Coast Leisure worked diligently to resolve every issue, and the end result is an amazing pool that I couldn't be happier with. I appreciate their professionalism, commitment to quality, and dedication to making sure everything was done right. I would definitely recommend them to anyone considering a new pool.
The best part of our experience has been our sales associate, Will Joyner. He has been available for all of our questions and responds with accurate information in a timely manner. He has a great disposition and is genuinely glad to assist us.Our delivery team was careful and professional and placed our Mira Swim Spa correctly on the cement slab provided. Our only complaint is the lack of assistance and information regarding the chemicals and care for our spa. We were given chemicals but were not prepared to start adding them to the water. We literally had to go to the internet to try and find out what to add and when. We are still not comfortable with the chemical process. A precise, printed sheet would be helpful!
They have been nothing but amazing. Going over the difference between chemicals and salt water, the kinds of filters, even the basic stuff like how to test the water! And in 10ish years, I've got my eye on my next upgrade. 10/10 would recommend. Heck, if you're thinking about a hot tub, stop in and talk to them. (And if you're worried you won't use it that much, I promise you'll end up using it 3 or 4 times a week!!!)I love mine. It's a smaller 2 person one, but it works perfectly for us. Bonus! It fits in my sunroom, so even more convenient to use it!!!
