We just purchased our second Hot Springs hot tub and are loving it. Leia was most helpful and made the purchase simple! We purchased one of the 'plug and play' models that only requires a regular plug and it's perfect for us!! Alan came out afterwards to review the water maintenance and chemicals and did a very fabulous job!!
Christine was our salesperson. She was great. Answered all our questions and she made Suggestions to fit us with the write tub for my health concerns. She was very attentive and Knowledgeable about getting the write tub for my pain. The plug on the tub was broken when they installed it. Jake was at my house the next day and replaced it. He was very friendly and answered all th questions I had forgotten the day before.. 15 minutes he was done. He also fixed our airlock problem. Allen came 2 days later and explained all the chemicals and when to change everything. He was great. Very friendly. The whole thing was. Great experience.
