After the last flood on Aug. 2, 2026, our pool was completely underwater and the liner floated and eventually came apart from the coping. I called/emailed early on that holiday Monday to get on list for a service call. Imagine my surprise when they showed up 10 minutes later! The guys were great! They pumped the water out from behind the wall for hours, reattached the liner and added lots of chlorine (our pool was full of dirt & mulch). All this for just $200 plus the cost of chlorine. Very happy customer here & I will continue to recommend Malibu to all my friends & neighbours. Thanks Malibu!

We recently had work done by Malibu Pools. Our pool had cement damage on the deck, around the pool in which occurred over the years. We were given a great quote and agreed to have the job done. Within days the crew came to our home and started the demolition. It was quite a large job, they had a challenge from beginning to end. Without a doubt the job they did was simply amazing! They literally changed the look of our backyard and we couldn’t be happier with the workmanship! Our pool looks amazing! Thank you to John, Brandon, Lars, Mitch and Alex! Mitch was meticulous as well as Alex in making sure the finish product was exceptionally outstanding! Malibu installed our pool at the end of last summer (2024). We were so happy with how it turned out! The process was so quick and seamless. They were great from the designing process to the installation. We have gotten so many compliments on the shape of our pool which was recommended by Malibu. They answered all of our questions and even went through how to clean and take care of the pool with us once it was complete. Our experience was great, would recommend them to anyone thinking of putting in a pool this summer!

The staff here are always very helpful and friendly. The water tests and advice that is provided is very helpful when getting your pool back in shape after the winter months. We recently purchased 1.5 inch unions and a replacement back wash line from them. We will be back.
