I originally had a pleasant conversation with Mandy. We had an understanding of the work I wanted done. I verified all of that with pictures and confirmed they were received.This is where things started to turn. I was not initially told a day and time when they would be out. I believed that this was because they were ordering parts. I was told an estimate would be emailed, but unfortunately that didn’t come.The technician showed up unannounced a week later and sent me the same photos that I had already sent. I was obviously annoyed that they didn’t fix anything or even order parts at that point. Another week passes and the part finally comes in. I specifically asked to be present and to have an idea as to when they would be here. I wanted the pump motor replaced and my heater looked at. The pump is running now and the heater wasn’t touched. They showed up unannounced again and left.The work that was done was good, but everything else has been painstakingly annoying for communication.

From start to finish, Ryan made sure everything was handled with care and attention to detail.It’s refreshing to work with someone who takes such pride in both the quality of his work and the satisfaction of his customers. If you’re looking for a reliable and professional pool and spa company, I highly recommend Ryan and his team!
Very happy with the purchase and installation process with our hot tub from Cicero Pool & Spa! From our initial decision and understanding what our needs are to the delivery and set up, it was a wonderful experience. I was especially appreciative of Ryan and Lisa who worked with us extensively on picking out the right option for us and delivery was top notch service on top of that.
As a first time pool owner, it is great to know that I will always receive amazing service at a great price when I call Cicero Pool & Spa. I was dreading the fact that our pool was going to need a new liner this year, but I am beyond happy with the results. They totally transformed our backyard and we are forever grateful.
