I originally had a pleasant conversation with Mandy. We had an understanding of the work I wanted done. I verified all of that with pictures and confirmed they were received.
This is where things started to turn. I was not initially told a day and time when they would be out. I believed that this was because they were ordering parts. I was told an estimate would be emailed, but unfortunately that didn’t come.
The technician showed up unannounced a week later and sent me the same photos that I had already sent. I was obviously annoyed that they didn’t fix anything or even order parts at that point. Another week passes and the part finally comes in. I specifically asked to be present and to have an idea as to when they would be here. I wanted the pump motor replaced and my heater looked at. The pump is running now and the heater wasn’t touched. They showed up unannounced again and left.
The work that was done was good, but everything else has been painstakingly annoying for communication.
