I have used this company the last couple years in opening/closing our pool and liked them, UNTIL this year. This year has been an absolute nightmare in every possible way: always an excuse, horrid communication, and when they show up the service is inexperienced. Simple installation of a salt chlorinator was incorrect because of over-tightening leading to thousands of gallons of salt water emptying in my yard and pool be unable to be used/clean for 3 weeks (with still no solution). This year was filled with empty promises, unresponsive communication, and excuse-filled timelines. Loved them before, but this year has broken all trust!
Do your research!!!I was a trusting client and found out that they do not know what they are doing.They were charging me $350 a month in chemicals for my pool.If you read on google or ask another pool person they will tell you this is WAY too many chemical for your pool. Jamie "the pool guy" said it was my pool. I believe they started the year putting so many chemicals in my pool that they could not fix it. I had to drain it, my pools fault for the chemical level? Then they did it again with the new water.Pool user beware.I would NEVER let them touch your pool.As of last phone call, there will be NO refund on my prepaid services! Amazing personal and prompt service! We will be going into our second season with HPG and have had the best experience! As a brand new pool owner,, they have been so patient with my silly questions. They even came out on a weekend within 30 minutes of my text to put my mind at ease with what I thought was an issue. Pool is always sparkly clean and their staff is very friendly!
I was having problems finding someone to reliably open and close my pool. Hoosier Pool Guys have been great! They even suggested a change to my setup and made it work at a very reasonable cost. Very responsive and easy to work with!
After struggling with our neighborhood pool since the end of May I contacted Hoosier Pool Guy on Monday. Within a week they remedied our issue with great communication throughout the process.
