I've been here a few times, and dealt with a nice friendly man who provided great assistance. Not so lucky today. Dealt with the lady, and her attitude, being entirely unwilling to help or provide direct answers to any of my questions. Very disagreeable and generally sour to boot.Claude ai answered all my questions, without any attitude, and i have a clear plan on how to migrate from chlorine to bromine, as well as how to fill tub with softened water and what to do to the softened water to make it usable.Ordering everything i need now from Bezos. I tried to shop local...sorry she was having such a bad day. Maybe retail isn't for you?
From the moment I called to ask about winterizing our hot tub to the moment the job was done, every single person we dealt with was phenomenal. They were communicative, professional, and their pricing is reasonable. Just genuinely good people. I’ll be using them for all of our hot tub needs from here on out!
Had a great experience with The Pool &Spa Centre today. Trying to figure out how to bypass my gas heater with my above ground pool. I went in and showed the staff my situation. They got me hooked up with the correct part and now my pool is up and running. Very friendly and highly knowledgeable. I am very grateful. Thank you!!!
Taking care of a pool & hot tub was making my husband & I very anxious. It's a big learning curve, but having Shawn & Cameron to our new home helping us by giving us the proper tools to care for our pool & hot tub certainly alleviated our anxiousness. Shawn was patient in his answers to our many questions. We followed him around with pen & paper in hand recording all his answers. He commented that we were doing a great job. The pool & hot tub look golden. Shawn did his very best as we wanted our pool open in time for our very pregnant Daughter's Birthday on June 15th. We did know to call well enough ahead for the opening. Shawn made sure we were ready in time. We are very thankful. The Pool & Spa Centre has been a very positive experience every step of the way.
