Blue Haven helped turn the backyard of our new home into the tropical oasis we desired. From the design phase, through construction, and now educating us on how to maximize our enjoyment of the pool, they were absolutely incredible. They listened to what we were looking for and designed a pool that checked every box for us. Build quality is amazing and everyone on their staff is pleasure to work with. We entertained estimates from just about every pool company in and around Charleston. Only Blue Haven was willing to work with our budget for an in-ground plunge pool.The process started with Brandon visiting and giving a no-nonsense scope of work and estimate. From there, our project manager, Chad took over and everything went extremely smoothly. They consulted us on every aspect of building a pool. Chad and his team were prompt, patient and very professional in every appointment and meeting. When the various phases of the build was to start, Chad informed us well ahead of time and his team executed on time and on budget, every time.Sometimes they would come out and inspect the work that was done, note discrepancies if any and promptly had the craftsman come out and correct. They kept us in the loop during the entire process and if we were out of town, they'd have a summary of the days work with photos.Some times we had questions and would text Chad and he would always respond promptly.The pool was completed faster than the wait for the county/city permit ( Chad waited at the permit office to personally retrieve it the day they finally said it would be ready). And the pool turned out beautiful. The pool and systems were operational one day before the weather turned hot.I wholeheartedly recommend Blue Haven Pools. We had a small plunge pool built, but they gave us the attention and service as if we had an olympic sized pool built.Bravo Blue Haven and team.
We did our research locally when selecting the right company to build our pool. Haven came out top in terms of recommendations. We did hear of plenty of horror stories with other companies, but none of those for Haven. After meeting with Jeff and signing up in Sept 2025, we got assigned Chris Briccio as our project manager. The construction timeline was clearly laid out and digging started in November. Throughout the process Chris was extremely attentive and responsive. We were never left hanging and everything went like clockwork. The project was finished on time and within budget, and the end product is excellent. Thank you Haven and Chris in particular for making this an enjoyable and stress-free experience…which we know is not often the case with other pool companies.
The Blue Haven team have been great throughout the entire process of building our pool from Design to completion. Brandon was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable during the design phase. Chad Brewer has been amazing as a project manager. He is incredibly helpful, and responsive and has kept us in the loop on all of many steps involved in building a pool. Modifications during the build were also not an issue and we absolutely love our pool. I cannot recommend this team enough!
Our experience with Blue Haven pools! Our project Manager Tony kept great communication with us! Rather if good or bad news. But even when it was a not so good news (beyond his control) he always found a way and explained our options to get beyond the bad and turned it into good! I absolutely love how even though pool is complete I still text him questions and he answers even on the weekends! I don’t expect answers till after the weekend but not Tony he answers usually with an hour even on weekends! He’s even came out twice when I had a concern I text said he’d be right there and was there within the hour both times! When we wanted additional equipment and want the cost he’s always get us an answer with cost the same day and would say the additional equipment will be added in no more than a couple days! He kept project on schedule. He’s a hands on project manager and checks on all work their contractors do! If something not up to par he has them back usually within a Day but that only happened once but still had it fixed the next day! I will say this Blue Haven pools may not be perfect! But Tony makes sure that everything with in his scope of work will be done one way or another. It’s awesome having that he takes great pride in his work and Blue Haven Pools! Additionally we wanted additional work done like land scalping and artificial turf he recommended other contractor and the ones he recommend did wonderful work! We still have some of the landscaping to be completed They do great work at a reasonable price!!! Thanks Tony !!!
