I've been trying to get a bad heater issue resolve that is supposed to be under warranty for weeks and they will not call me back. We need to get this resolved or I am going to have to go further. Two other technicians have said their problems with the heater not with the gas line as your guy is trying to claim to cover you.
We had an issue with the heater on our pool over a year ago and 2 other companies couldn't get it to work. I got Raul's number from a friend and he came out and diagnosed the problem within 30 minutes. He moved the improperly located water temperature sensor and then came back the next day to fix the other issues that were created by the previous incompetent "pool service" guy. Raul stayed as long as it took to make sure that the heater was working properly. What a great guy!
Raul is awesome! He fixed our heater for a fraction of all the other bids we received. Reliable, honest - we will never use another pool repair company again!
Raul and team are experts! They repaired the manifold and got our pool heater back to 100% and they diagnosed some challenging pool lighting issues. They stock the proper equipment and they were responsive, professional, affordable, and friendly! Raul runs a trustworthy and skilled operation and I will call them again if I need help with pool equipment.
