I purchased what was, at the time, a top-of-the-line robotic pool cleaner. Just under a year later, it broke, so I took it to the Maumelle store for a warranty repair. After several weeks and multiple calls, they finally completed the repair by replacing a motor.
However, when I got it home, it still didn’t work. It turns out the power supply module was also damaged and needed repair. Now, more than a year later, the unit is still sitting at the store with no power supply available, despite several follow-ups. The consistent response has been that the part is “out of stock.”
For a product that costs around $2,000, this kind of delay and lack of parts availability is extremely disappointing. The repair department especially needs to improve its communication and follow-through with customers.

Highly recommend them for all your pool service needs. They show up every week and do an excellent job. We are very happy with their services. Such a great company and Barbie C. is the backbone of it. she has helped us every step of the way between navigating cleanings to helping us with bills and she does it with a smile on her face. I use the Sherwood store very regularly. All the staff are helpful. Barbie is always smiling and ready to help but Jessica has really gone above and beyond since the first day I stepped into the store

As a new pool owner, she has helped me understand basic maintenance and troubleshooting. She took the time to do the math for summer maintenance so I could buy the correct amount of supplies.

Recently I broke my ankle and was unable to maintain my pool and it got bad. Jessica gave me options to get it back to clear blue and helped me decide which course of treatment was best while wearing a boot.

Jessica is the one person that keeps me coming back to this pool supply store even though there are other choices.

Over the past 5 years Martin Pools has done an amazing job for me. The only time I used another company it ended in failure and Martin Pools was again there to help fix the issues that the other company caused. I am only done using them due to selling my house and moving out of state. The Sherwood location has amazing staff and they made owning a pool an easy and enjoyable experience.

DO NOT use this company for a new pool liner installation. We placed our liner order in June of 23 and as of today, February 28th 2024, we are still without a liner. I won't even waste your time and give you all the excuses they have come up with as to why. Bottom line is they will gladly take thousands of dollars from you and then take you on the most ridiculous process of unprofessional customer service you will EVER experience. I wish I would have done my due diligence before ever placing my order. And oh by the way, check out what my pool has turned into while we wait on this company to finally quit making excuses and do their job!
