If I could give a 0 star review I would. Scheduled an appt for hot tub service with them, and they were a no show. Called, and they claimed we weren’t on the schedule. Made another appt, and they didn’t show. After leaving multiple voicemails and texts, they called begging for another chance stating that “we wouldn’t regret it”. Against my better judgment we gave them a third chance and to no one’s surprise…..no show and did not return calls. HORRIBLE way to run a business, just so disappointing. Try to support small business and this is how you get treated. If a company doesn’t want the business, just say that up front and don’t string me along for over a month.
After using this Company I have watched and personally witnessed the failure of this Company. And I would not have given them even 1 star but it made me! Service was as expected in the beginning. After installing our new liner (first 1 was measured wrong) and we had to wait for a second 1. The liner is now pulling away from pool. I have had nothing but problems after the opening this year. It took 2 months and many phone calls and my pool is still Green. I have heard many excuses from this company (I will give them Rain Day excuse…and a mailbox that is full for over a month…text personal and company phone with no response at all and it has been 2 weeks that she told me someone would be here to treat the pool. We paid $500 just to open our pool. I am posting photo of our pool to date and the 8 places the liner is pulling away from the pool. Just beware of this company…they seem to have it together but far from it!

Owners Nichole (manager) and Bobby (technical lead) are knowledgeable and accessible, always addressing concerns directly. Kim, who oversees pool cleaning, is equally reliable and proactive.They’ve handled weekly cleanings, fixed leaky valves, repaired pool heaters, replaced my filter, salt cell, and fire pit, and repaired connections—all done right the first time. They’ve even sourced cost-effective equipment and referred me to trusted professionals for specialized work like pool replastering. Their work is consistently high-quality, and I’ve never doubted their expertise.As a growing business, they’ve faced minor challenges, like staff turnover, adapting to a new invoicing system, and a brief period with a subpar answering service. These caused slight delays, but Nichole and Kim quickly resolved them. Any other delays stemmed from external factors like parts shipments or warranty approvals, not their control.If you prefer impersonal corporate service, look elsewhere. I’ve tried that and found it lacking. Natural State Pool and Spa’s attention to detail, personal touch, and direct communication keep me coming back. For reliable, quality pool care, they’re the best choice.
They provide amazing service! Kim maintains my hot tub on a regular basis for my short term rental and is always on schedule, does a fantastic job cleaning like it is her own and goes above and beyond to find ways for me to more accurately monitor my hot tub remotely. Guest safety and hot tub mechanical health is always top of mind - they know everything about hot tubs! I can call with any possible question and my call is always answered very quickly. She's even cleaned the hot tub on an emergency basis and did it with a wonderful attitude. Without them I could not offer a hot tub to my guests, they are awesome!
These guys are awesome! Nicole handled everything in the office made sure we got the right parts and when replacing my salt cell noticed my motor going out and took care of contacting warranty company and getting everything done. They are all very friendly, professional and answered any question I had. I’ll be a life long customer and will always recommend them.
