I just had our new Napoleon BBQ delivered, and it is fantastic.We cannot wait to use it very excited.The customer service was amazing, and the price was so reasonable. Well definitely recommend crystal view. And we will be back in the future.
Purchased a Jacuzzi from Crystalview early this summer. It was the first time with this dealer and overall we are really happy we went with them. From the initial buying experience to delivery and install, everything has been smooth and easy.We had visited and tested about as many dealers and brands as you could in the lower mainland. Experiences ranged from pushy to competent dealers and affordable to overpriced tubs. In the end Crystalview gave the best of both with professional no pressure sales and fairly priced options. We certainly didn't choose the cheapest tub, but we were confident we were choosing to buy from the right people.We really can't recommend Crystalview enough, and have to mention that Sean and Jim made our decision to go with them as easy as possible. These guys know what they're doing, give them a try.
I had a filter issue with my pool pump and Andrew came out to service it. Just so professional and he got to the problem immediately! After fixing the issue he gave me some very valuable do's & don't to prevent from happening again. Andrew was telling me he's been a technician for decades and it showed! Most after that many years of public service are usually not friendly but i wanted to have a beer with this guy. My experience to buying my hottub, furniture and Jason keeping me in line with chemicals for my pool & hot tub is 1st class! It's only place to do business with for your outdoor escape !
I had a wonderful experience dealing with Crystalview, especially working with Nikaia! We fell in love with a deck furniture set at another store and were thrilled to discover that Crystalview had the exact same set on their website for a much better price!I called to express my interest, and Nikaia immediately put the furniture on hold for me. I was able to complete the entire purchase without even stepping foot into the store.Communication was seamless, efficient, and super pleasant throughout the entire process!Highly recommend Crystalview (and Nikaia in particular!) for outstanding customer service! What a Wonderfull experience we had buying our new Treasure garden Umbrella. We have a 10X10 treasure garden and it was great just too small. As sun went across the sky we found ourself moving our furniture all the time. We contacted Crystalview Pool,Spa and Patio. The staff was excellent very helpful and answered all our questions. As a result we purchased a 10X13 Treasure garden umbrella at an awesome price, had it delivered and installed. Now we can enjoy our patio without moving furniture.
