My experience found dealing with Splash to be more effort than it's worth. My order was for a hot tub cover, and I found myself calling, e-mailing constantly to move the purchase forward. I've never met a company less interested in making a sale.In the end - I was told "supplier issues" meant that they could not fulfill the order. While it very well could have been supplier issues, the effort to constantly chase this down, and delay, delay, delay, was extremely frustrating. One bright spot was sales rep Josh, who when reached, sincerely appeared to be doing his best to resolve the issue.I wouldn't recommend this company, and will likely not do any further business with them myself.
Do not purchase a hottub from this company unless you never plan to request service support after the sale. I have never made a post on Google before but I am at my whit’s end with these guys and don’t want anyone else to experience this. We have had an extremely frustrating experience since making our purchase, often waiting days for a simple response to a service request and weeks for someone actually come provide warranty work on site. In the meantime, our Hottub doesn’t work and has consistently NOT worked for roughly 50% of the time since we’ve made our purchase. I cannot stress enough how disappointed we are with our Hotspring hottub’s lack of reliability. Our unit is now 2 years old but these challenges began within 6 months of purchase. And yes, I’ve tried troubleshooting many times without success.
We had such a wonderful experience with Splash Hot tubs and pools. Sasha was knowledgeable, and patient and communicated with us throughout the entire process. Delivery and setup was Seamless. Sasha, who did a great job working with her contractor to get everything ready, made sure all our questions were answered. Since we were spending a lot of money we wanted to make sure we chose the right company and product, and we have been pleased. Highly recommend them!
We recently completed the installation of our hot we purchased from Splash Hot Tubs & Pools. I found the whole experience with Splash to be extremely positive. Starting with Karen at the store who was very responsive, provided us with many options to consider and helped us pick out a perfect tub for us. They then facilitated storage of our tub when our preparatory work was delayed by 3 months without any extra cost and the installer worked with us when we had some electrical issues including working through some crazy rains. So I would highly recommend Splash Hot Tubs & Pools in Edgemont Village for their helpful and prompt service, wide selection of tubs and their convenient location for picking up supplies.
