Cam and his team are EXCEPTIONAL !! I had an issue with my DE filter. Cam came and checked it out, figured out what was wrong AND had it up and going the next morning. What sets Cam and his team apart from the rest of the pool businesses is how they treat you as a customer. Cam personally worked late into the evening to rebuild my filter. He didn't have to, but he did. That's how he is. THANK YOU CAM !
We had such an amazing experience with Peaceful Pool & Spa?! Last summer they installed an inground pool at my mother-in-law’s house, and this spring they put one in at my father’s house. Both pools came out absolutely beautiful, and the entire installation process was smooth and stress-free.The whole crew was kind, caring, professional, and great to work with from start to finish. I would totally recommend Peaceful Pool & Spa for any of your pool and water needs. We can’t wait to watch our son enjoy two awesome pools this summer! ????
Great experience with Peaceful Pool & Spa this season. The crew was professional, on time, and got our pool up and running smoothly. They communicated well during the busy season and answered all of our questions. You can really tell it’s a family business that cares about its customers. Especially Collin — very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole process. Highly recommend
Very Disappointed. I called in April to set up opening of our pool as well as weekly maintenance. I was told that they were booked for weekly maintenance but would be happy to open the pool. I explained that I was looking to have the pool opened and cleaned, water balanced etc. as my husband was having back surgery and he would not be able to do any of the work and that my schedule was too busy to allow for me to get it up and running on my own. I was told that they would get the pool 100% up and running and then the maintenance should be able to be handled by me as the hardest part is getting it going. I scheduled our opening/cleaning for the first week of May. When the team showed up they spent 17 minutes on my pool. There was no cover to take off and I already had all equipment ready to go for them. They connected the equipment and put some chemicals in (did not even tell me what) and that was it. My pool was not 100% ready to go for me to just maintain from that point on. I have spent the last 3 weeks trying to get my pool up and running on my own and now desperately calling other pool companies to come out and help. I wish I had been told from the beginning that they would not do any vacuuming/cleaning and they would spend less than 20 minutes on my pool. I would have never booked them and would have contacted another company willing to help a little more.
extremely rude staff. i walked in and stood at the counter and gave a friendly hello, gentlemen didn’t acknowledge me at all. whatever, it’s early, i don’t mind. turns around after a few moments and says “what do you need?” like, im doing great thanks for asking how are you? sorry for bothering you by being a customer lol. i tell him i need a pool opening kit so he tells his colleague to tell me what to get. she’s explaining a few things and i am very new to this and have never opened a pool before i was just sent here by my pool guy so im trying to figure out exactly what i need. i explain that they are the ones that opened my pool so the rude guy interjects again to say if they opened my pool they would have already put in the starter chemicals. i said i didn’t think they put in chemicals. he said very snarky “we always put in chemicals when we open pools” like i was trying to accuse them of something ?? so i explain that someone called and said that my pool water was just below where it needed to be in order to put chemicals in. so he walks away mumbling “obviously if they called and told you that they didn’t put chemicals in” the lady at the desk was a gem and apologized for his behavior and was very kind, but even she was shocked. i am just sitting here kicking myself for even going forward with my purchase. i have never left a bad review before anywhere but i have never had such an awful experience. sorry i inconvenienced you by coming into your store to buy something lol. shout out to the nice girl behind the counter though she’s a rockstar. he genuinely made me feel like crap, your bad morning didn’t have to ruin mine sir. will absolutely not be returning after that. completely uncalled for
