Lux pools put our pool in 2024. Started in July finished in November. They sold me on the fact they are a family business and that their concrete and landscaping guy was in house, 1st lie. This is our 2nd pool install so we knew that concrete installer in house was a huge win since most times once pool is finished you then have to wait on the concrete company. Although they did have the landscape/concrete contractor working closely with them and he was in there daily meetings(told to me by the concrete guy)
But once I became unhappy with him because of his lack of communication and since he drove his skid loader into our house then he wasn't in house. He was a totally separate company. Now my issue with Lux pools was not showing up for a few weeks with no communication as to why or when they would be working! I confronted both the pool company owner Derek and the landscaper about showing up and just to please communicate with us about when they would be showing up. Explained to them it's super frustrating to have your yard torn up, then no one working one it for a few weeks with no explanation. I was then gaslit about how great they are doing and that my husband even thought so. Derek actually pulled his phone out to show me, as he is scrolling through the text messages quickly, saying my husband and I quote "Jeff says I'm killing it" my husband has never used those words in his life....2nd lie! So I later confront my husband because we both weren't happy with the job being done but he's telling Derek he's killing it??? We go through the texts together and there is no where in there about saying Derek is killing it. I actually just had to end the conversation by telling them "you're right you are doing a great job" I never spoke to him again. He dealt with my husband for the rest of the project.
At the beginning of the pool season last year we noticed our one of our filters was not working so called lux pools and they send out the cover depot. Not sure why cover depot was the one to address our filter problem but they did. And they were great!! Unfortunately they had to dig up our yard and concrete on the spot that our plumbing came disconnected! They found the problem and fixed it but let us know that the plumbing that was installed did not make sense too many angles and turns. The Cover Depot was amazing to work with. We did a liner pool so they were involved in that part but not sure why they were responsible for fixing our plumbing problem. They even gave us cool decking for free.
I'm writing this 2 years later because our neighbor just received a bid from them and Lux pools never disclosed that they installed our pool! Kind of sketchy and dishonest so wanted shed a little truth into these 5 star reviews they have.

Luxe pools has put in a beautiful pool for us, in a reasonable amount of time, and we could not be happier to have chosen to work with them. They are trustworthy and go out of their way to ensure that every part of the pool process is done to completion and has been done correctly. Towards the end of our pool project, Vinny has been awesome to work with in getting our pool ready for swimming, and has always been quick to respond with any questions we have had.
Was it expensive, yes. Did we get what we paid for, yes. I highly recommend Luxe pool and Spa if you are interested in putting in a pool.

We began our free form gunite pool paradise project in October. We had talked with three different very reputable companies over the summer and after lots of conversation, ideas bounced around etc. we selected the BEST fit for us and that would be Luxe Pool and Spa…not the least expensive nor the most expensive. Their willingness to work on what we were looking for, their communication skills, their attention to detail and their crew, were beyond our expectations. We have had two other pools in the past so this wasn’t our first go around. If we had questions or concerns during the project, they responded very promptly. We made changes after the fact and they worked with us to accommodate those changes. A mosaic tile design in the bottom of the pool was perfect. The craftsmanship of their team, superior. Snow storms, monsoon rain and tornadoes…they juggled it all. Our little slice of heaven is now complete and our family is enjoying it
making memories. Remember, it is a process and be patient. Quality takes time. Derek and Amy will deliver and your memories will be made.

I can't recommend Luxe Pools enough! They were so great to work with through this whole process, had great communication, were reliable, and wanted to make sure every last detail of our project was done well. They did a beautiful job on our new pool and surrounding hardscapes. Our one hesitation about putting in a pool (other than cost) was having a fence, as we didnt want one breaking up the space of our back yard. They introduced us to the idea of a locking, rolling autocover which negates the need for a fence and also keeps the pool cleaner and the cost of chemicals down. It was 100% the right answer for us! I was pretty nervous going into a pool build due to friends having problems with contractors, workmanship of their project, and follow up with their companies for issues afterward. I was quickly put at ease that our project would not only be done well, but that they will stand behind their work. I HIGHLY recommend that if you are looking to install a pool, this is the company to call!
