Always have what I need . Thank god this place is here in Lincoln county , not much out this way for pools . Saves me from the ultimate nightmare of going to O’fallon . Looking at other reviews I’d say if you can’t wrap Teflon tape on a fitting your way to lazy to have a pool . Bad reviews for ridiculous everyday problems with pools is ridiculous. You can’t expect a pool company to run out to your pool every time there’s a bubble in the water you don’t like . What do you do call Eddie when a bug bypasses the skimmer basket ?? Good lord
Well... I would love to give them 5 stars because we love our pool, the purchase experience was nice, and the install was pretty good too. However, service after the sale is abysmal. This is the second filter fitting that has leaked since we've had the pool installed and the pool has only been here for 9 months. The installer came out less than a week after the install to fix a leak at a fitting. Now, after filling the pool for the season, I turned the pump on, and saw water dripping. This is a different fitting that's leaking. ??So, I called The Pool Guys on a Thursday evening. 12:30pm on that Friday they called me back to tell me what my problem was. That's funny because I called them and told them what the issue was. Well, they basically told me how to fix it. I don't think so! This pool has been up for less than a year. They need to stand behind their product and come fix it.I will gladly change my review to a 5 star if they do the right thing.
