Vickscapes Pools & more

Duane and his team from Vickscapes are absolutely incredible! Their professionalism and knowledge are like nothing we’ve experienced before. My wife and I were always included and informed of every step during the installation process. If we had questions or concerns about anything, Duane promptly addressed them. As far as we’re concerned, Vickscapes is the best pool installation company in St. Charles County! If you choose Vickscapes to transform your yard into an oasis we promise that you will not be disappointed. Lastly, Duane is such a personable contractor that I feel as if I’ve made a true friend. Thank you, Vickscapes!!

Last summer, my husband told me he was finally open to getting a pool, and I couldn’t have been more excited! Since we’d never looked into it before, I spent a lot of time researching pool options and contractors. We got bids from four different companies, but my husband and I had a great feeling about Duane from the very beginning. He was never pushy—just knowledgeable, honest, and patient with all of our questions. One thing we really appreciated was that Vickscapes is a smaller, more personal company. It felt like they cared more about their customers than flashy advertising or sales tactics. Duane came to our home to take measurements and provide an estimate without charging a design fee or relying on Google Maps to assess our property. Building a pool is a major investment, and we wanted a company that was down-to-earth and focused on quality rather than juggling so many projects that we’d be left with a huge hole in our backyard for months. Looking back, we can confidently say we made the absolute best choice. Duane took me to see completed pools at previous customers’ homes, as well as one that was under construction, so I knew exactly what to expect throughout the process. He even met me to pick out the landscaping rocks, which was such a thoughtful touch. Communication was excellent from start to finish. His crew was hardworking, respectful, and professional. They cleaned up the job site—and even our street—every evening before leaving. They put in early mornings and late evenings whenever needed to keep the project moving. Our friends and family have been blown away by our new backyard oasis and constantly tell us it looks like a private resort. We couldn’t be happier with the finished product and highly recommend Vickscapes to anyone considering a pool or outdoor living project!

Vickscapes Land Maintenance and Pools did an absolutely phenomenal job. They went above and beyond every step of the way. Their communication, attention to detail, and craftsmanship were incredible, and their pricing was so much more affordable than most other companies we looked at. They truly turned our dream backyard into reality.

We couldn't be happier with our fiberglass pool and complete landscaping transformation by Vickscapes! From start to finish, this team exceeded every expectation. Communication & Transparency: Duane kept us informed every step of the way during the sales and installation process - zero pressure, just genuine expertise. We requested a complete itemized quote upfront that included potential unknowns like plastic soil and boulder removal, so there were absolutely no surprises. What you see is what you get, and the design perfectly matches the end result. Craftsmanship & Attention to Detail: Their meticulous work blew us away. Whether they were clearing the area, digging, ensuring perfect leveling, or handling the finishing touches, the precision was unmatched. And here's the bonus - they do landscaping too! The fencing, sod, bushes, flowers, and trees around our pool are just as stunning as the pool itself. It's a complete backyard oasis. Professionalism: The crew's daily cleanup was impressive. They not only protected our property but were respectful of our neighbors, leaving the site tidy after each day's work. They also worked seamlessly with the City of Wentzville for all approvals and final sign-offs - no hassle whatsoever. Maintenance Support: Dean on the pool maintenance side knows his stuff inside and out, giving us confidence that our investment is in great hands for years to come. Fair Pricing: The quality we received for the price was more than fair. You get what you pay for, and with Vickscapes, you get excellence. Their slogan says it all: "Your vision is our creation." They delivered on that promise completely. If you're considering a pool or landscaping project, look no further than Vickscapes!
