I have used Woody's Pool & Spa for several years now and am glad I found them to take care of opening & closing our pool each year. Their invoicing is easy. They are quick yet thorough at ensure the job is done right. When I've had a question in the past they are quick to respond and offer suggestions on how to remedy a pool fix. The crew opening the pool today passed our husky "pets" test too! Thank you for being dependable & easy to schedule with. We do appreciate you!
Woody’s opened the pool. Team arrived on time and went right to work. Pool had a lot of algae. The team did a great job cleaning and treating the water. I decided I needed additional cleaning to get it swim ready. Contacted June and she set up a follow up. They are always very accommodating and helpful! Highly recommend their service.
Woodys pool company we’re here on the date. They promised to take off the cover and get it ready for summer. We also bought a new pump system that they put in at the same time. They are very fast and very good explaining the new pump. They are always Great to work with
We had Woody’s install a new pool liner in April 2024. Scott was easy to work with and kept us in the loop on when to expect him and what they would be doing. He also installed a new lighting system for us.Great work, fair price, Scott checked with us if something was going to be any different than the original quote. Everything turned out great. We had Woody’s close our pool last fall and have them scheduled to open our pool this coming spring. Great family run business. Very attentive to listening to their customers. I appreciate the effort I see in Scott and his employees. June in the office is also great with the communication and invoicing. We’ve dealt with several pool companies over the past 8 years and in my opinion - Woody’s is the best pool company we’ve used!
Scott installed a cover and shut down our new pool this fall. When he came to complete the install, he noticed the cover (that I ordered) was missing parts. He was incredibly nice about the situation considering he didn’t create the issue. Once all of the parts arrived, he took extra precaution not to chip the concrete when installing the cover anchors. He involved me in the process to make sure I award happy with the placement. Additionally, he took time to walk me through the closing process and I’m confident I will be able to open the pool next spring myself with the knowledge I gained in the process.I read his last review where the homeowner was upset about the wait and price of a heater. In some cases suppliers are back ordered, I feel this is pretty reasonable. Also, of course you can find parts and equipment online for cheaper than he quoted as they dont include install price. Also, have fun calling Amazon when something breaks on the unit, I don’t think they will send someone out to assist.Sometimes you pay for what you get and Woody’s Pool service provided excellent services at a fair price and their communication and follow through were amazing.Thanks again Scott for working with us and the issues with the pool cover!
