Best tubs, great service. 5+ years and my tub has been bullet proof. Find me a shop where you have the owners cell number for quick contact. I'd recommend to friends and family all day.

We were looking for a small, well constructed and North American made spa for our yard and found just that at Factory Hot Tubs in the form of the Azalea two person model. It feels like a much larger tub and is super easy to clean and maintain. Not to mention it holds the heat very well in cold weather despite being wired up at only 110v. Everything about the spa has exceeded expectations. On face value It was quite a bit more expensive than many of the overseas imported tubs we looked at but one look at the quality of the plumbing and the obvious care taken in its construction more than justify the extra cost. When a company puts care, attention and craftsmanship into an area of a product that is rarely seen one can rest assured that the product will last and be easy to service and maintain .My long term hope is that spending more for quality will mean many years before "Hot tub" finds its way back onto our shopping list again. Thanks for everything Factory Hot Tubs, nice work all around.Update: almost 4 years in and NOTHING has gone wrong with the tub.everything works wonderfully and it was an amazing purchase we are both very happy we made.4 more years in and the sticker pealed off the control panel and one of the headrests is bubbling from my wife's hair product. The cover is now beat to a pulp by raccoons and squirrels chewing it and U.V but the tub is still mint condition! 0 problems, 0 leaks, zero times even opening the bottom to look inside. See you in 4 years
What a great experience dealing with Factory Hot Tubs! Very knowledgeable staff, and help make my decision easy. They set me up with a great tub with very little maintenance. Any questions that I had they were always available to answer them. Would recommend them to anyone looking to get into a hot tub. The show room is amazing and the service is excellent. They made my Hot Tub experience a breeze! Thanks again for setting me up with a great, easy to maintain product!
