Ok, so this review is long overdue. A little over a year ago we had Shoreline come out and help us develop a plan for our dream backyard. Right from design, construction and finally the end product, they were completely professional.

After the design was finalized, these guys hit the round running. The longest part of this project were the permits as these guys finished everything in 2 ½ weeks! But don't get it twisted, their work has held up. Everything looks as good today as it did day 1. The entire crew were absolutely amazing. Even our boxer Nigel wanted to be friends with them.

Even after the work is completed and they move on to their next project. They are still there for you. Jon and his team are quick, efficient, and professional and are our go to for pool opening/closing.

So, I just want to thank the entire Shoreline team for making our backyard dream a reality. I am so grateful to Terry and the entire team, as this has encouraged our family to spend more time together which is absolutely priceless.

If you are considering doing anything, have Shoreline do it. You will not be disappointed.

We recently completed a full front and backyard landscaping project with Shoreline Pools and Landscapes, including a stunning pool and pergola and we couldn't be happier with the results.

When searching for the right team to bring our dream backyard to life, we met with five highly recommended pool contractors across the GTA. From the beginning, Terry stood out. He took the time to walk us through every step of the process from initial concepts and design drawings to execution with a level of care and professionalism that immediately gave us confidence. He was incredibly helpful in guiding our stone selections to ensure the final look matched our expectations perfectly.

Given the limited space in our backyard, we were unsure if we could fit everything we envisioned. Terry and his design team provided creative solutions to maximize our space without compromising on aesthetics or functionality.

Once construction began, Mike and his crew were exceptional. They were respectful, communicative, and clearly passionate about their craft. Their attention to detail was outstanding, and their end-of-day cleanups didn’t go unnoticed something our neighbors especially appreciated!

As first-time pool owners, we also want to highlight the amazing Pool School session we had with Tony and Jon. They were incredibly patient and thorough even when answering what felt like 525 questions! :) Their knowledge made the experience stress-free.

Thanks to Shoreline Pools and Landscapes, our backyard has truly become our personal oasis. It's already been the setting for so many memorable moments with friends and family. We highly recommend Shoreline Pools and Landscapes to anyone looking to transform their outdoor space, you won't be disappointed.

No review could truly do this company justice. If I could rate them higher than 10/10, I absolutely would. Our 3-year-old pool needed extensive repairs due to poor original construction— a project many companies weren’t willing to tackle. A close friend of mine recommended I reach out to Shoreline, so I did. I first met with Jon and Terry last fall to discuss a plan, and they were upfront that the work would need to wait until spring. Honestly, I half expected them to back out before April—but they didn’t.
True to their word, they arrived the first week of April and got straight to work. Our yard is fully landscaped, so we were nervous about the mess and disruption, but honestly, you’d never know construction had even happened. The crew cleaned up at the end of every day and left everything pristine once the job was complete.
Jimmy led the project and treated our pool and yard with such care and dedication—we are so thankful for that. We’re incredibly grateful for the attention and professionalism from everyone involved.
I would confidently recommend Shoreline to my closest friends and family—they went above and beyond every expectation. A heartfelt thank you to the entire Shoreline team for transforming what felt like a nightmare into a space we’re now excited to enjoy all summer long with our loved ones. Thank you!

If I could give Shoreline pools more stars I would!!!! When we began our journey in deciding to put a pool in our back yard, we did our due diligent in shopping around for a company that could provide us with an oasis that not only was within our budged, but more importantly with the quality and attention to detail that we expected.

We have been involved over the years with many contractors and trades and learned MANY MANY of the key points to look out for when accepting a contractor.

Shoreline pools did not fail us at all, it was almost surreal in the process from start to finish. I was present for the complete build and the quality, timing and the over build in strength was extremely impressive. This pool is definitely built to last!!!

The equipment they installed is of high quality, along with the padded bench and stairs which most of the companies we first interviewed advised us it would have to of been an increased ($) option.

The whole team at shoreline pools worked so well together, any of them at any time were more than happy to keep us in the loop with the process and explain to us in detail what was being performed and why.

Following the build they provided us with an extensive course of how to use the equipment and the knowledge on how to maintain our pool. They also provided us with numerous team members to contact if any issues would arise.

We felt so attached to the process and couldn't be more happy with shoreline Pools.

All our friends and family who come to our backyard, leave feeling as though they were at a resort.

Terry, Jon and the guys really did a tremendous job updating our pool. As first time pool owners (came with the house) we could not have been luckier to have been recommended Shoreline Pools and Landscapes. They really took care of everything (liner, equipment, lights and training) and went the extra mile to make sure we were happy and educated on how everything works.
