I have been a customer for around three years and recently the pool has not been being cleaned as it should. Guys are spending less than 20 minutes and sometimes only 5 minutes and are only doing water testing. Dead leaves have been in the pool for weeks and they have over filled it TWICE, causing me a rise in my water bill. Customer services is severely lacking and Mitchell was not open to any resolution, stating he knows what the guys have done. Photo attached was the pool right after they left.
Installed almost 3 years ago and did a great job. They were professional and cleaned up any and all messes. Also repaired fence pole and concrete. We have since used them for a few warranty claims and they always get it taken care of. Mitchell even came by during the freeze when we were out of town to get my freeze protection working great. We would recommend them and have recommended them. If you’re in the market for a fiberglass pool do not hesitate to use them.
I run multiple HOA‘s throughout the Midland Odessa area This company has been phenomenal to work with! If you were considering a company, I would say go with this one no doubt Mitchell has been Instrumental and helping me get these pools ready for pool season!
I’ve worked with them a few times before, but my recent experience was disappointing. Last week, I called to schedule a pool cleaning and was given a Thursday appointment. Around noon that day, I followed up to confirm the time, and they told me they needed to reschedule to Friday due to Easter and prioritizing their regular clients. While I understood the situation, I would have appreciated a call in advance to inform me.Unfortunately, on Friday, they neither showed up nor contacted me to provide any update. The lack of communication was frustrating and unprofessional.
Extremely disappointed with this company. I hired them to retile my pool and was told the job would take just two days. That was over two weeks ago. They ran out of tile and promised to return the following Monday—no call, no show. When we followed up, they said Thursday. Thursday came, and still nothing.We’ve now been waiting over 7 days with no communication unless we call first. Today, we were told the tile was “delivered to the wrong address,” and they still can’t give us a date to return. Stephanie and Mitchell have been extremely rude, dismissive, and unhelpful throughout the entire process. We’ve been repeatedly told the “main guy” would call us—he never does.UPDATE: Our pool has now been drained and sitting without water for 15 days in triple-digit heat. As a result, the plaster has cracked and started to bubble, causing even more damage and cost.To be fair, Blas and Chilo—the workers who were actually on-site—were kind, professional, and did a great job while they were here. We were very pleased with their work and attitude.Unfortunately, the overall experience has been a nightmare due to mismanagement, poor communication, and complete lack of customer care from Stephanie and Mitchell.Would not recommend this company at all.
