I am a first time pool owner. And had no clue. Like zero idea what I was doing. I was relying on the expertise Leslie's Pool. Needless to say I was not being given the best advice. I came in to do a water test with Drew and he brought Kathy up to the front cause he could tell I was on the struggle bus! She helped walk me through my pool and how to get it swim ready. I left the store feeling confident and competent with the task I was handed. 24hrs later and I cant say enough. She was so so helpful and knowledgeable. Forever grateful!
The reason I love Fox Pools is they gave me a date when they would start building our pool, they showed up on that day and every day after until the pool was complete. They didn’t miss one day. I’ve had two small mechanical issues and they were out the same day we reported them to fix them. Also, the free water testing is great. I highly recommend them.
