Swim Tech Pools and Spas

Working with Max and Stephen with SwimTech was an outstanding experience from start to finish. From the very beginning, they were professional, organized, and incredibly easy to work with. They took the time to answer all of our questions and kept us informed throughout the entire process, which gave us a lot of confidence moving forward. One of the things that impressed us most was how smoothly they handled all of the HOA and city approvals. They managed the plans, permits, and communication every step of the way, which made the process completely stress-free for us. Their knowledge and experience really showed, and everything was approved quickly without any issues. Once construction started, the team moved fast while still paying attention to quality and detail. They showed up when they said they would, stayed on schedule, and kept the project moving efficiently. It’s rare to find a company that delivers both speed and craftsmanship, but they absolutely did. They were also extremely transparent and informative throughout the build. We always knew what was happening next, what to expect, and where things stood with the timeline and budget. There were no surprises, and they delivered exactly what they promised. We couldn’t be happier with the final result and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to build a pool. If you want a company that is professional, reliable, on time, and on budget, this is the team to call.
