Jeff and Hunter did a fantastic job installing our pool. This pool has been a dream of ours, and similar to building a house, there are tons of decisions to be made. Jeff was absolutely phenomenal in helping and guiding us with those decisions. And like building a new house, there are always hiccups along the way and Jeff handled all of them with professionalism, problem-solving optimism and solutions for each one. Hunter did a great job mocking up what the pool was going to look like in the end, and the pool turned out BETTER than we could have imagined. If you are on the fence about building a pool, THESE ARE THE PEOPLE YOU CAN TRUST. We absolutely LOVE our pool. We got the C40. It is curvy and has a tanning ledge on one end and bench seating for ten or twelve people on the other. And after a tough day, long week, or working in the yard, getting in that pool absolutely melts our troubles away. Highly recommend River Pools! And... 88-degree pool water!

The renderings he provided were remarkably accurate and looked almost identical to the finished project. We especially appreciated the full transparency regarding any additions or changes, so there were never any surprises when it came to costs.The entire crew was professional, hardworking and a pleasure to work with. They transformed our backyard into a true oasis and the final result met and exceeded our expectations.We highly recommend Jeff and River Pools to anyone looking to create a beautiful outdoor space.
We worked with Jeff and his team starting in June this year on our project. When you're spending this amount of money on a project, you need tight communication and documentation. These were my biggest concerns when looking at Pool build companies. I was told by some neighbors that River Pools excelled at this. Now that my project is complete, I can say that the build process with Jeff was very good. Communications were consistent and progress reports were always available live with our Text thread. The attached picture shows how well they were able to take our design dream and make it reality. Highly Recommended!
I initially chose River Pools for a number of reasons, including pool design and the lower chemical cleansing process they utilize. Jeff and his team were superb. River Pools was prompt and reliable throughout the pool-building process. I received daily text messages with the plan for the day and which crew members would be doing the work. The overall pool installation was on-time, finishing within our planned timeframes, and the final product was what I had hoped for. At the end there was an unexpected cost that had arisen, but since we had not discussed it in advance, Jeff resolved the issue. Following finalization of the project, Jeff has remained available via text or phone for any questions that have come up, and to make sure that I am correctly monitoring chemical levels. River Pools is recommended.
